📍As Goldstein Renewable, in the Emfa Solar Power Plant (SPP) project developed on behalf of EMFA, with an installed capacity of 0.40 MWe / 0.50 MWp, we completed all permit and approval steps from land acquisition to grid connection ahead of the legal schedule, delivering to the investor a construction-ready site accepted by banks and designed to operate reliably for many years. In this process, where we managed site feasibility, EIA procedures, zoning–EIA permits, and grid approvals in an integrated manner, we proactively monitored regulatory updates, minimized risks, and shortened the path to project financing.
