Réglementation qui, conformément au principe de prévention de la double comptabilisation, exclut des objectifs de la Contribution Déterminée au niveau National (NDC) du pays hôte les réductions ou suppressions d’émissions correspondant aux crédits carbone pour lesquels une autorisation a été obtenue auprès des autorités de ce pays dans le cadre du programme/projet réalisé.
